The Amigas Retreat is heading back to the mountains!
Join us May 2–4, 2027, at Devil’s Thumb Ranch for three days of connection, reflection, professional development, and meaningful conversation.
This year, we're exploring the theme of TIME.
How we use it, how we spend it, who we spend it with, and how we make the most of it.
Time is one of our most valuable resources, yet finding enough of it for ourselves, our relationships, and the things that matter most can feel like a constant challenge. Through thoughtfully curated sessions, guided conversations, and shared experiences, we'll explore what it means to slow down, be intentional, and make room for what matters.
Your Retreat Registration Includes
Three days and two nights at Devil's Thumb Ranch
One private lodge room with private-room registration
Five meals throughout the retreat
Up to five leadership and professional development sessions
Three fireside chat sessions with guest speakers
Two guided yoga sessions
One guided nature walk
A Denver kickoff celebration in April 2027
A welcome bag with workbook and attendee directory

2027 Registration Pricing
We're offering three registration tiers for the 2027 Amigas Retreat. Early-bird pricing is available for a limited number of registrations through December 31, 2026, or until sold out.
Early Bird | Tier 1 — $1,600
Available for the first 15 registrations.
Early Bird | Tier 2 — $1,700
Available for the next 15 registrations.
General Admission — $1,800
General Admission pricing begins January 1, 2027, regardless of early-bird availability.
Early-bird registrations are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a tier sells out, the next registration price will apply.
Seven Years of Community Building
I hope you'll join me for our seventh year gathering in the mountains. Our group name has changed, our last names have changed, but the intention and spirit of this gathering remain the same.
For me, it's about connections that change your life. Mentorship and support that can be hard to find in the office or at home. And a safe space to speak your mind, share your experiences, and find your community of Amigas.
