Join Amigas Means Friends for an evening of books, connection, and community at Saturn Road in Brooklyn. Bring a book—or a few—that you're ready to pass along, discover something new to read, and meet women from across New York City.
And don't worry—we're not leaving you to walk into a room and figure out who to talk to.
Here's How the Evening Will Flow
5:30–6:00 PM | Arrive + Mix & Mingle
Come as you are, grab your first beverage, and settle in. This gives everyone a little time to arrive, especially if you're coming straight from work.
6:00–6:45 PM | Guided Introductions + Book Stories
We'll gather in a circle and use a few fun prompts to introduce ourselves and share the story behind the book we brought. It's an easy way to get to know the women in the room before we move into more organic conversation.
6:45–7:00 PM | Swap + Mingle
Browse the books, make your swap, continue conversations, and enjoy a few book-related surprises and giveaways from our community partners.
