This Is Not Just Wellness. This Is About Women’s Cycles.

The Amigas Cycle Conference is a one-day, community-centered gathering dedicated to open, honest, and empowering conversations about women’s periods, hormones, and monthly cycles.

For generations, many of us were taught to ignore our cycles, push through symptoms, or accept confusion as normal. Conversations about menstruation, fertility, postpartum shifts, perimenopause, and menopause were often fragmented, medicalized, or avoided altogether.

This conference exists to change that.

Built on a Year of Conversation

The Amigas Cycle Conference builds on a full year of quarterly Amigas Cycle Conversations, where more than 100 women came together to talk openly about:

  • What we were and weren’t taught about our cycles

  • Navigating our most fertile years

  • How hormonal health shifts in perimenopause

  • The incredible power that post-menopausal women develop

These gatherings created something powerful: a growing community of women who want real information, real conversation, and real connection around their cycles from beginning to end.

The conference is the next chapter. Offering a deeper, more immersive day to learn, reflect, and connect.

Why This Conference Matters

Understanding our cycles is not niche knowledge, it’s foundational!

The Amigas Cycle Conference creates space to:

  • Normalize conversations about periods and hormone shifts

  • Share lived experiences across generations

  • Explore both ancient wisdom and modern science

  • Build practical, usable knowledge women can take home

This event is intentionally designed for women to attend with and for one another — a mother, daughter, sister, friend, or chosen family member. Especially when navigating different phases of the cycle journey.

Because when women learn together hearts, minds, and health outcomes can change.
