This Is Not Just Wellness. This Is About Understanding ourselves & Each Other.
The Amigas Cycle Conference Presented by Sonder PT is a one-day, community-centered gathering dedicated to open, honest, and empowering conversations about women’s cycles, hormones, and health.
But more than that, this is a space for women to come together across generations.
To sit beside your mother.
Your daughter.
Your sister, your aunt, your friend.
And finally understand what each other’s bodies have been experiencing all along.
For generations, many of us were taught to ignore our cycles, push through symptoms, or navigate major hormonal shifts in isolation. Conversations about periods, fertility, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause were often avoided, misunderstood, or never had at all.
This conference exists to change that.
Built on a Year of Conversation
The Amigas Cycle Conference builds on a full year of Amigas Cycle Conversations, where more than 100 women gathered to speak openly about their lived experiences.
Together, we explored:
What we were and weren’t taught about our cycles
Navigating fertility and reproductive years
The reality of postpartum hormonal shifts
How the body changes through perimenopause and menopause
What emerged was something powerful:
A community of women ready for deeper understanding, deeper connection, and more honest conversations.
This conference is the next chapter.
A space to go further, together.
Why This Conference Matters
Understanding our cycles is not niche knowledge.
It is foundational to how we live, feel, and support one another.
This experience is designed to:
Break generational silence and stigma
Create shared language across life stages
Help women better support one another through change
Blend modern science with lived experience and holistic insight
Offer practical tools you can take into your daily life
Because when women learn together, everything shifts.
Come Together Across Every Phase
This event is intentionally designed to be attended together.
Bring:
Your daughter who is just beginning her cycle journey
Your mother navigating menopause
Your sister in her fertility or postpartum years
Your friend who wants to better understand her body
When we understand our own bodies, we gain clarity.
When we understand each other, we build compassion.
This is how stronger, more supportive communities are created.
